Rubbing the outside glass with my jacket sleeve was no match for the high temperatures on the other end. Since spying was not an option, I was forced inside. The gyms air was thick and dry, but somehow the weights and treadmills welcomed me. Grunts from nearby men pushing their perspiring bodies to extreme excellence made me blush.... the site of Mr. Michael Sullivan made me blush even more. I was ready for Mike to show me what it really takes to stay in shape....

Lady : Welcome to our Mr. November Man of the Month!
Mike: I am honored... I'm just a regular guy who likes to look good for the ladies. (Smiling)

Lady : We appreciate your dedication and on the record, you are looking good! (Smiling Back)
Mike: It's nice to know my hard work is paying off. (He Grins)

Lady : Do you hit the gym daily?
Mike: I think it's fair to say that everyone has days when they want to hide under the covers, but those are the most important times to keep motivated!

Lady : Some people actually enjoy working out. Are you one of those people?
Mike: I find it therapeutic, especially after hours of traveling on a bus or airplane...it feels great to get my blood pumping.

Lady : How do you feel about traveling?
Mike: I love it...life is about seeing the word. Chippendales has given me the opportunity to visit places most people don't see in their lifetime.

Lady : What else can you see yourself doing?
Mike: Maybe a senator..... Wouldn't it be great to be able to help run the country and make women happy too? (Laughing)

Lady : Did you make any special purchases prior to leaving for Europe?
Mike: My laptop...it's my way of keeping in touch while on tour.

Lady : Share an embarrassing story from the road!
Mike: Sure, during a show I went to tear away my pants and my thong underneath came away with it...I didn't even notice for a few seconds!

Lady : I bet the ladies had wonderful time that night (Laughing)! What's your second best attribute?
Mike: Well...I have been told that it is my smile

Lady : Do you have any hidden talents?
Mike: I like to cook. Having traveled all over the world I have learned to make some of the best international dishes and most of them are healthy!

Lady : Think unhealthy.....What's the best snack at a movie theatre?
Mike: Popcorn...And a slushy

Lady : Which movie would we see?
Mike: There are way too many to choose from.... I am interested all movies!

Lady : Okay lets talk actors.....Given the opportunity, whose star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame would you like yours to be next too?
Mike: Al Pacino...he's got that tough guy image, but I hear he is just a really great guy on the inside. That's kind of what I want people to think of me.

Lady : Sounds very Scent of a Woman...Do you have a life mantra?
Mike: Live everyday to its fullest cause tomorrow is never guaranteed!

Lady : Now I need to laugh, tell me a joke
Mike: You want to hear a joke?

Lady : Yeah, a funny one!
Mike: What do you do with 365 used condoms? Melt them down, make a tire, and call it a Goodyear!

Lady : (Laughing) Not bad, I was definitely expecting something much dirtier!
Mike: I can give you dirty. (He Winks)

Lady : (Turning Red Again) We'll save that for another time.... What do you want to say to your fans?
Mike: Make sure you enjoy life.... you only get one shot!

1. I know your life as a Chippendales dancer is filled with activity but I was wondering what you like to do in the little free-time you have?
I'm a low-key person that likes to relax in my free-time watching a movie or reading a good book.

2. How long have you been with Chippendales?
I've had the privilege of being with Chippendales since 2004

3. What do you do with your life when you get time to do something alone?
When I have time alone I like to communicate with the ones that mean the most to me in life.

4. Would you ever consider performing in Las Vegas or just go on tour with the Chippendales?
If the opportunity arose to perform in Las Vegas I think that I would highly consider it!!

5. Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
In 5 years I hope to have a family and be established.

6. What's the funniest and/or most embarrassing thing that has happened to you during a Chippendales show?
There have been a few embarrassing things that happened to me from wardrobe malfunctions to props on stage not working properly.

7. How has the experience of being with the Chippendales changed you as an individual or made a difference in your life?
The chance to experience the ways of different cultures and see the way others live has made me respect what I have and those in my life…

8. If you weren't a Chippendales dancer right now, where do you think you'd be and what would you be doing?
I think that I would have returned to school and majored in medicine. I enjoy helping others.

9. What is your most memorable moment from your Chippendales career?
The most memorable moment was performing in front of 4000 thousand women. I felt like a rock star.

10. Mike.... How did you spend your Thanksgiving this year?
This year Thanksgiving was spent with my cast mates and crew (my family on tour). We had the comforts of home without being at home...

11. If you could travel anywhere in the world for a vacation, where would you go and why?
If I was ever to go anywhere in the world l would like to go to Dubai.
I have seen Dubai in magazines and I would like to explore its beauty on my own.

12. Mike, do you have any pets at home? If not, what would you like to have for a pet(s)?
I'm an animal person at heart and have animals since I was a little kid. Unfortunately I have no animals at this time.
If I would get another animal it would be a Daschund.

13. What's currently playing on your I-Pod or in your CD player?
I have a wide variety of music on my ipod ranging from hip hop, rock'n'roll, r'n'b, classical…Pretty much everything but country.

14.What hits you in your sweet tooth when it comes to sweets?
I'm not really a sweets type of person. I do like my ice cream!!
